🎯 Role Overview
The teacher will:
- Teach MYP Visual Arts or MYP Digital Design (Grades 6–10)
- Guide students through the MYP inquiry cycle and/or design cycle
- Plan and deliver engaging, project-based units that develop creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking
- Integrate digital tools, Adobe Suite, photography, or creative technology
- Support school-wide art exhibitions, design showcases, and interdisciplinary projects
- Collaborate within a bilingual, multicultural teaching team
🧩 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Design, or related field
✔ Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, state license, or equivalent)
✔ 2+ years of relevant experience (IB MYP experience preferred)
✔ Strong creative portfolio or evidence of design/arts background
✔ Ability to teach in English at a professional level
✔ Eligible for a Chinese work visa
