Position Overview
We are looking for a Primary Homeroom & English Teacher to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international setting, supporting students’ academic growth and personal development. You will be responsible for teaching English and managing a class of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily classroom activities and maintain a positive class environment.
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons using the IB curriculum.
Support students’ development in reading, writing, phonics, vocabulary, and grammar.
Foster a safe, inclusive classroom that promotes student expression and risk-taking.
Communicate regularly with parents and provide timely feedback on student progress.
Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary units and support students’ learning.
Organize and manage classroom resources, including the library and teaching materials.
Participate in school events and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related subject preferred).
QTS, PGCE, TEFL, or national teaching certification.
At least 3 years of teaching experience.
IB or international school teaching experience preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 30,000 before tax.
Annual flight allowance up to RMB 10,000.
Relocation allowance up to RMB 2,000.
