Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate MYP Language and Literature Teacher to inspire students in Grades 7-9. The ideal candidate will help students develop a love for reading, critical thinking skills, and become effective communicators. The teacher will also serve as a Homeroom Teacher, providing academic and pastoral support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach MYP Language and Literature for Grades 7-9.

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons using a variety of teaching strategies.

• Foster a classroom environment that promotes a love for reading and critical thinking.

• Guide students through literary analysis and exploration of diverse perspectives.

• Serve as a Homeroom Teacher, supporting students’ academic and personal development.

• Provide regular feedback to students and communicate progress with parents.

• Support extra-curricular activities (ECAs) and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred).

• QTS, PGCE, TEFL, or national teaching certification.

• At least 3 years of teaching experience.

• IB or international school teaching experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 30,000 before tax.

• Annual flight allowance up to RMB 10,000.
