We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Foreign Principal (at Nanchang school) to lead and inspire our academic community, ensuring that our students receive the best educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management and operation of the school, ensuring academic excellence and smooth administrative functions.
Lead and support the school’s faculty and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure the effective implementation of both international and local curricula, in alignment with school goals and educational standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student development.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, educational policies, and school standards.
Work closely with school boards, stakeholders, and the leadership team to drive the school’s strategic vision forward.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in school leadership or senior management roles, preferably in an international or bilingual school.
Strong understanding of international education systems, particularly bilingual or dual-curriculum schools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate and lead within a culturally diverse environment.
A commitment to educational excellence and the professional development of staff and students.
A positive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
