Start Date: February – March 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Homeroom Teacher position at a prestigious bilingual kindergarten in Xuhui, Shanghai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team and play a key role in nurturing young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and teach a class of young children in both English and Chinese.

• Conduct engaging lessons, including parent-child classes, to support learning and foster a strong community.

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum in line with the school’s educational framework.

• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

• Maintain open communication with parents to update them on student progress.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Native English speaker.

• Female, with a light and graceful physical presence.

• Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a daycare or kindergarten setting.

• Comfortable leading parent-child classes.

• Currently residing in China (preferred) for smoother visa processing.

• Available to start between February and March 2026.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: RMB 24,000 (before tax)

• Housing allowance: RMB 8,000 per month
