Position Details

• Curriculum: Common Core & AP

• Student age: High School

• Class size: 30–35 students

• Teaching load: Maximum 25 periods per week

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00

• Location: Minhang District, Shanghai

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above (English/Literature preferred)

• Strong passion for teaching and student engagement

• Ability to motivate students and deliver dynamic literature lessons

• Solid understanding of student assessment and progress tracking

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: RMB 23,000–30,000/month (negotiable)

• Housing allowance: RMB 10,000/month
