A well-established Shanghai bilingual school is hiring a Multimedia Arts Teacher with leadership experience to lead and develop its high school arts program within a Common Core & AP framework.

Position Details

• Role: Multimedia Arts Teacher (Head of Department level)

• Curriculum: Common Core & AP

• Class size: 30–35 students

• Teaching load: Maximum 25 periods per week

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00

• Location: Minhang District, Shanghai

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Arts / Multimedia / Related fields

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant subject

• Leadership or departmental coordination experience required

• Strong curriculum planning and team collaboration skills

• Ability to create engaging, project-based learning environments

• Excellent communication, organization, and operational skills

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: RMB 23,000–30,000/month (negotiable based on experience & leadership scope)

• Housing allowance: RMB 10,000/month
