A growing bilingual school in Guangzhou is looking for a dedicated Grade 4 ESL Teacher to support students’ academic English development in a bilingual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach ESL to Grade 4 students using engaging, age-appropriate methods

• Support students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

• Work closely with homeroom and subject teachers

• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents

• Participate in school activities and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, or related field preferred)

• TEFL / TESOL or other recognized teaching qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience

• Experience in bilingual or international primary schools preferred

• Eligibility for a legal work visa in China

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 28,000 (before tax)

• Two-year contract with RMB 54,000 completion bonus
