Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging drama lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum
Encourage student creativity, confidence, and performance skills
Organize drama-related activities, performances, or showcases
Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers on cross-curricular projects
Participate in school events and professional development activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field
Relevant teaching qualification (TEFL / TESOL / PGCE / teaching license preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Experience in international or bilingual school settings is an advantage
Eligibility for a legal work visa in China
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 28,000 (before tax)
Two-year contract with RMB 54,000 completion bonus
