Geography Teacher – K-12 International School, Nanjing (August 2026)

We are seeking a Geography Teacher to join our team at a K-12 International School in Nanjing, starting in August 2026.

Location: Nanjing, China

Curriculum: British A-Level and IG

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Geography to students from KS3 to A-Level, using the British A-Level and IG curriculum.

  • Create engaging lesson plans that promote geographical understanding and critical thinking.

  • Provide ongoing assessments and feedback to students.

  • Contribute to the broader school community and collaborate with colleagues to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Geography or related field, with a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience, with knowledge of the British A-Level and IG curriculum.

  • Passionate about Geography and dedicated to inspiring students in the subject.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 27,000 – 36,000 RMB per month (before tax), based on experience and qualifications.
