A well-established K-12 International School in Nanjing is hiring an Economics Teacher to join the team in August 2026.
Location: Nanjing, China
Curriculum: British A-Level and IG
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Economics to students at various levels, from KS3 through to A-Level.
Design and implement engaging lessons that help students develop a strong understanding of economics.
Prepare and assess coursework and exams, providing constructive feedback to students.
Actively engage with the school community and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Take part in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader school environment.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics or a related field, with a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
At least 2 years of teaching experience, with knowledge of the British A-Level and IG curriculum.
Ability to engage students and inspire interest in economics.
Salary & Benefits:
27,000 – 36,000 RMB per month (before tax), based on experience and qualifications.
