Dean of English Department

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the English department

• Oversee curriculum planning and academic standards

• Support and evaluate teaching staff

• Coordinate IB English programs and assessments

• Promote professional development and team collaboration

• Monitor student performance and drive improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field

• Significant teaching and leadership experience

• IB experience preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
