Responsibilities:

• Lead the mathematics department and curriculum development

• Supervise teaching quality and academic outcomes

• Support teachers in IBDP delivery and assessment

• Organize professional development and collaboration

• Analyze student performance data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics or related field

• Leadership experience in schools

• IB experience preferred
