📌 Position Details

  • Role: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

  • Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–5:30 PM

  • Student Age: 1.5–6 years old

🎓 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver full-day teaching activities with complete homeroom responsibility

  • Create a respectful, engaging, and harmonious learning environment

  • Collaborate with local teaching teams for daily routines and outdoor learning

  • Manage classroom procedures and ensure high-quality learning outcomes

  • Prepare teaching materials, maintain teaching aids, and decorate the classroom

  • Participate in curriculum development and cross-team collaboration

  • Document lessons, track student development, and support individual needs

  • Communicate with parents regarding student performance and progress

  • Respond to emergencies with homeroom teachers and ensure student safety

  • Participate actively in school events and organized teaching activities

✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; education-related qualifications preferred

  • TEFL/TESOL certification; IB or PGCE background preferred

  • Native English speaker with a valid work visa

  • Minimum 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience (homeroom experience required)

  • Familiar with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)

  • Energetic, patient, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Strong intercultural communication skills; open to international environments

💼 Salary & Benefits

  • 25,000–30,000 RMB/month before tax
    (includes housing allowance of 2,500 RMB/month)
