Position Overview
The Junior School Teacher will deliver a bilingual curriculum that blends China’s national curriculum standards with Cambridge-inspired international pedagogy, supporting students’ academic foundations, global awareness, and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Humanities (subject allocation based on background)
Implement bilingual teaching strategies with an emphasis on English development and inquiry-based learning
Foster students’ global perspectives while maintaining strong Chinese cultural depth
Design engaging lessons aligned with student-centered and holistic education principles
Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and school activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant subject
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, teaching license, or equivalent preferred)
Experience in international or bilingual primary education preferred
Strong classroom management and child-centered teaching approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Salary & Benefits (Applicable to All Positions)
Monthly salary: RMB 25,000–35,000 (before tax), based on experience and role
