Position Overview

The Junior School Teacher will deliver a bilingual curriculum that blends China’s national curriculum standards with Cambridge-inspired international pedagogy, supporting students’ academic foundations, global awareness, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Humanities (subject allocation based on background)

  • Implement bilingual teaching strategies with an emphasis on English development and inquiry-based learning

  • Foster students’ global perspectives while maintaining strong Chinese cultural depth

  • Design engaging lessons aligned with student-centered and holistic education principles

  • Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and school activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant subject

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, teaching license, or equivalent preferred)

  • Experience in international or bilingual primary education preferred

  • Strong classroom management and child-centered teaching approach

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Salary & Benefits (Applicable to All Positions)

  • Monthly salary: RMB 25,000–35,000 (before tax), based on experience and role
