Work Schedule:
5 working days per week (2 weekdays off)
Weekdays: 13:00–20:30
Weekends: 09:00–18:30
Maximum 40 working hours per week
Up to 25 teaching classes per week
Extra payment for more than 70 classes per month
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver lessons based on provided curriculum
Assign homework and provide feedback to students
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Participate in school events, marketing activities, and parties
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent English with clear and accurate pronunciation
TEFL/TESOL certificate (or equivalent) preferred
Previous teaching experience (training center or international school preferred)
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
Patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching children
Native speakers preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: RMB 17,000–23,000 per month + bonuses (contracts & extra classes)
Work visa provided
