Teaching Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support both academic and personal development
Use diverse teaching methods such as project-based learning, interactive activities, and games
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and individualized feedback
Provide additional academic support when needed
Professional Responsibilities:
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Up to 24 teaching hours per week
Participate in professional development sessions
Communicate with parents (translator support provided) at least once per term
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: RMB 18,000–22,000 (after tax)
Free on-campus accommodation
Monthly commissary card: RMB 800 (meals & daily necessities)
Paid national holidays + 10 paid sick days per contract
Paid winter holiday (3–4 weeks)
Airfare reimbursement: RMB 5,000

Requirements:
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above
TEFL certificate or at least 2 years of teaching experience preferred
