Role Overview
We are looking for an MYP English Language Acquisition Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English to non-native speakers and be comfortable working in a multicultural environment. You’ll teach Grades 7-9 and may also serve as a Homeroom Teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach up to 24 periods per week for MYP English Language Acquisition (Grades 7-9).
Create engaging and differentiated lessons for students at different English proficiency levels.
Provide feedback on student progress and help prepare them for standardized tests.
Support the social and emotional development of students as a Homeroom Teacher.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and participate in school activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred).
Teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, TEFL, etc.).
At least 3 years of teaching experience.
Experience in an international or IB school is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 30,000 (before tax).
Annual flight allowance up to RMB 10,000.
Relocation allowance up to RMB 2,000.
