🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or 2+ years of related teaching experience
Native English speaker
Non-criminal record
Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills

📚 Teaching Hours & Workload

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00–13:30
Teaching load: 10 periods/week (20–30 mins each)
Homeroom teachers stay with students during office hours
Class size: 10–20 students per class

💼 Salary & Benefits

20,000–25,000 RMB/month before tax
Renewal bonus: 70% of monthly salary
Meal allowance: 450 RMB/month
Paid winter holiday + national holidays
Housing: 2,400 RMB allowance or free on-campus apartment
Business insurance provided
Flight allowance: 6,000–10,000 RMB (after one-year contract)
Semester teaching bonus: 2,000–6,000 RMB
(Annual bonus total: 4,000–12,000 RMB)
Z-visa assistance provided
Christmas Day: one extra day off
