📌 Position Overview

• Role: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

• Start Date: March 2026

• Location: Chongqing

• Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm (lunch break included)

• Total Hours: 40 hours/week

• Class Size: 20–25 students

• Student Age: 2–6 years old

🎓 Main Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with assigned topics

• Plan weekly lessons in collaboration with local teachers

• Incorporate English songs, arts, and creative activities

• Conduct after-school English classes 1–2 times per week

• Create a caring, engaging classroom environment

• Support children’s development through structured play and hands-on learning

💼 Salary & Benefits

• 20,000–22,000 RMB/month (pre-tax)

• Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB/month

• Flight reimbursement: Up to 10,000 RMB upon contract completion

• Contract completion bonus: Up to 5% of total 2-year base salary (performance & school financials dependent)

• Paid holidays: 13 national holidays + up to 4 weeks winter/summer vacation

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• TEFL certificate preferred (not required)

• 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience
