🎓 Job Responsibilities
Teach subject-specific classes to students aged 12–18
Report to the Head of Department
Set and mark homework, assessments, and tests in line with school policy
Contribute to department-wide assessment strategies and curriculum development
Two evening study hall duties per week
6–8 Sunday day duties per academic year
Active participation in extracurricular activities is essential
✅ Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant subject + teaching qualification
Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in the related field
Boarding school experience is an advantage
Open to opportunities in boarding staff roles or middle-management as the school grows
Suitable for single teachers or teaching couples (location may not suit teachers with young children)
💼 Salary & Benefits
20,000–40,000 RMB/month (gross, negotiable)
