An international school in Nanshan District, Shenzhen is seeking an experienced PE & HSDP Teacher to deliver physical education programs and outdoor adventure learning experiences.

Candidates with NGB or equivalent outdoor education qualifications will be highly preferred.

Schedule & Workload

• Monday – Friday

• 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

• 21 teaching periods per week (40 minutes per period)

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 25,000 – 35,000 RMB before tax

• Housing allowance: 8,000 RMB/month

• Insurance provided (Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability)

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Outdoor Education, or related field

• Master’s degree preferred

• Demonstrate strong English language proficiency

• Have at least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in project-based learning environments

• Possess NGB or equivalent outdoor qualifications, such as:

  • Mountain Leader

  • Rock Climbing

  • Archery

  • Paddle Sports

  • Sailing

• Participate in professional learning communities and collaborative planning

• Hold a valid teaching license or certification
